RIDERZCONNECT - Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for being a valued member of the RIDERZCONNECT community. We aim to provide high-quality services and products, and your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.
1. Subscription Refunds
- Annual Memberships: Refunds for annual memberships are available within the first 7 days of purchase, provided no premium services have been accessed. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued.
- Monthly Memberships: Monthly memberships are non-refundable, but users may cancel at any time to avoid future billing.
2. Event Registration Cancellations
- Cancellations by User: For cancellations made by participants, a partial refund may be offered depending on the timing:
- More than 30 days before the event: 80% refund.
- 15–30 days before the event: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before the event: No refund.
- Cancellations by RIDERZCONNECT: If RIDERZCONNECT cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund, or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
3. Product Purchases and Refunds
- Physical Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product purchased directly from RIDERZCONNECT, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund upon return of the product in unused condition.
- Digital Products: Digital product purchases are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or unusable. Please contact customer support for assistance.
4. Processing of Refunds
- Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days. Refund times may vary depending on your financial institution.
5. Non-Refundable Items and Services
- The following are non-refundable:
- Any purchases beyond the specified return period.
- Services and products provided by third-party partners or affiliates.
- Promotional or discounted items, unless explicitly stated.
6. How to Request a Refund
- To request a refund, please contact our support team at care@riderzconnect.com with your order details, including your order number, date of purchase, and a brief description of the issue.
- Our support team will review your request and respond with further instructions within 3–5 business days.
7. Changes to the Return & Refund Policy
- RIDERZCONNECT reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
